I went through 3 realtors before I found Sophie, and she was hands down the best out of the 3 that I previously worked with.
What separated Sophie from the rest was her calm demeanor and no pressure attitude. Even though she's relatively new in the industry, she carries herself with a lot of poise and maturity. This was my very first home purchase so I was very nervous, and did not care for any salesmanship. I just wanted someone who had my best interests in mind, and the assurance that I'm not getting screwed over or taken advantage of. I decided to go with Sophie because I felt very comfortable, and she made me feel like I was a close friend as opposed to a client. Being a first time home buyer I needed advice as opposed to a sales pitch. Sophie guided me throughout every stage of the process and made sure I understood what was going on. I did my homework and my own research, so I knew beforehand what I wanted to get into. Understanding this, Sophie kept a lookout for new listings and messaged me every time something new came up. The condo I ended up purchasing was found by Sophie. When we went for the viewing she was very honest and straight up. The condo was listed below market price for the purpose of creating a bidding war. Therefore, it was going to go above the listed price. She called me the night before the listing agent was accepting offers to bring me up to speed and walk me through the ins and outs of putting in an offer. She told me the pros and cons of having certain subjects when putting in an offer, and let me make my own decision on how I wanted to proceed. In retrospect, had Sophie not called me that evening I would have lost out on the purchase and probably be still renting today.

We learned quickly in the process just how genuinely committed she was to not only finding us a home, but the RIGHT home. We had a laundry list of “must haves” and Sophie quickly learned and prioritized each and every one. She went far above and beyond her duties as a Realtor. Sophie sold my nephew's Townhouse, who lives alone and suffers from several ailments. He could not do too much to prepare his home for sale in a timely manner. Sophie helped him by placing items for sale on her Facebook Marketplace page and was present when transactions took place. She also found a Condo for my nephew to move to. Sophie supported him in countless ways. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the business she is in. I would highly recommend her to help you with the sale of your property.
